"The card" is an app for the management of training in the gym. It is a linear app and very simple to use.

The main characteristics are as follows:

- Creation/Exercise removal

How to use the app

It starts from four main choices:

"Create card"

- assigns name to the new card

- Add exercises (other exercises I can be added later)

"Cards Archive"

- assigns icon to the card

- changes the name to the card

- Export Card

- Professor

- Select tab

- Analyze the statistical tab (cake diagram)

- Maximum weight

- average weight

- total weight

- Total repetitions

- Add exercise

- Remove exercise

- Save Statistics Exercise

- timer

- Select Exercise

- assigns repetitions/weight

- assigns level

- Save notes
