Disables haptic feedback in the background.

There is a known bug for some devices that each time you switch to "Meeting Mode" on Audio profiles, Haptic feedback gets enabled. This application is running in the background and disables haptic feedback automatically. You don't need to disable every time from Settings anymore !

Not working on Android 5.x versions and above.
